Lake Forest, a not for profit
corporation, was founded in 1999. This Homeowners
Association consists of 689 individual single family
homes. It is a multi-age, multi-cultural community. We
have two swimming pools, a spa, a horseshoe pit and a
separate exercise building which contains state of the
art exercise machines. The Clubhouse sits adjacent to
the exercise facility and overlooks the lake pictured on
the front page of this site.
The community is rich with varied
activities such as water aerobics, card groups, mah
jongg, a Cancer Relay for Life awareness group, an
International Food Club, and other activities that our
homeowners request from time to time.
Our Homeowners Association has a board
consisting of five members:
